The Miramar secret room key is the standard world-spawned Secret Room Key, the same item used on the other world-drop maps. Keys are not tied to the room they open, so the search and the run are two separate problems: find a key anywhere on Miramar first, then route to the nearest marked door.
What is inside a secret room on Miramar
Secret rooms hold loot that would otherwise take a care package: level three armour, high-tier rifles and the attachments that go with them. Treat the room as the objective, not the detour — a full clear is usually worth more than two compounds of floor loot.
